The Green Valley is an initiative that addressed the need for raising awareness and taking action on social and climate issues in the Western Balkans, while fostering partnerships and collaboration by creating a network of Civil Society Organizations throughout the region. The project culminated in a summer school held in Novi Sad, where activists came together to exchange ideas and proposals.
We had the opportunity to contribute to this initiative by designing its visual identity and a publication that gathers best practices and some of the insights shared by the lecturers during the summer school.
The design of the Green Valley project aims to evoke emotion and draw attention to the urgency of environmental issues while maintaining a sense of optimism and the dynamic spirit of a united community working towards a common goal. Authentic illustrations and vivid colors breathe life into the visuals, capturing the vibrancy of the diverse ecosystems that make up the Balkans.
